Refund and Returns Policy
Timeline
If you incorrectly order a product, contact us immediately. If the product hasn’t started production, we will correct it. Otherwise, we cannot change an order or accept cancellations once it is in production.
All returns, refunds, or requests for replacement must be submitted within 30 days of product delivery.
Please make sure you include your correct address. We are not financially responsible for incorrect shipping information and will charge the customer to re-ship to the correct address.
Conditions
Returns and refunds are only accepted for items with defects or that have been damaged. Please verify that the shirt will fit using the measurements given in the sizing guide, as replacement/refund are not available due to ordering the incorrect size.
A clear photo of the damage or defect will be necessary in order to process the request
