Refund Policy

Every subscription starts after a free 30-day trial, so you can see whether ShowMeTheMoney suits you before paying anything. If it still isn't right, here's how refunds work.

14-day refunds

Ask within 14 days of any charge (your first payment or a renewal, yearly or monthly) and we'll refund that charge in full, no questions asked.

What a refund does

A refund ends the subscription and its licence straight away. Your data is never touched: the Software keeps everything readable and exportable, and you can subscribe again at any time. A founding-member price ends with a refund; subscribing again uses the price at that time.

Cancelling without a refund

You can cancel at any time from the link in your receipt email, or by emailing us. Nothing more is charged, and your licence keeps working until the end of the period you've paid for. We don't refund the unused part of a period after the 14 days.

How to ask

Email support@ohbrer.com from the address you bought with, or reply to your receipt. Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe, usually within 5–10 business days.

Your legal rights

This policy doesn't take away any refund or cancellation rights that the law where you live gives you.
